Planning a pool in Narre Warren? Get a Quote
Pool position, access, levels, services, easements and the safety barrier all need to be considered. City of Casey lists pool installation among works that usually need an Asset Protection Permit before materials or equipment arrive. A building permit is needed before installing an in-ground pool and barrier. The completed pool must then be registered with Council, with a new barrier compliance certificate lodged at registration or within 30 days. A planning permit or other approval may also be needed depending on the property.
