Exclusive Compass Pools dealer, South East and Outer East Melbourne

Why Enchanted Pools chose Compass Pools.

Enchanted Pools has been the exclusive Compass Pools dealer for South East and Outer East Melbourne since May 2024, and was named a Victorian and Tasmanian finalist in the 2026 Compass Pools Dealer Excellence Award. Every Compass fibreglass shell is planned, installed and handed over by the Enchanted team.

  1. Self-cleaning Compass pools

Vantage in-floor circulation is optional across the Compass range Enchanted installs. Sequenced floor nozzles move debris toward the collection zone, so there is no manual vacuuming, fewer chemicals and more even heat through the water. Compass reports more than 30,000 Vantage pools installed.

    How self-cleaning pools work

  2. Leading warranties

Compass covers its Bi-Luminite shells with a triple warranty: lifetime structural, ten years cosmetic and lifetime hydrostatic damage cover, transferable to a new owner for up to 25 years. Vivid shells carry their own terms. The current warranty document governs.

  3. Colour secrets

Bi-Luminite lays two layers of colour with large reflective chips under an ArmourShield coat, so the water reads with depth rather than flatness. Nine Bi-Luminite and five Vivid finishes are current. The physical sample decides, not the screen.

  4. Options for every site

Maxi Rib engineering carries selected Compass shells on sloping blocks and in partly or fully above-ground installs. Express pools suit a faster install. Enchanted confirms which direction suits your access, levels and engineering before anything is quoted.

  5. Top-rated pools

Compass reports more than 45,000 families across Australia and New Zealand have chosen a Compass pool. Closer to home, Enchanted Pools holds 4.9 from 47 Google reviews across Melbourne's south east, written by the households we built for.

  6. The Compass difference

Compass has manufactured in Australia as a family-owned business since 1980. Ceramic Core builds strength into the shell and HydroPro manages hydrostatic pressure under it. Enchanted belongs to the dealer network that brings those developments to Melbourne homes.

    Technology behind the pool

  7. Giving back

Every Compass shell leaves the factory pink for a reason. Compass supports the McGrath Foundation and reports more than one million dollars donated to date. That program is Compass's, and it is one more reason Enchanted stands behind the brand.
