“Overall, we’ve had a good experience with Enchanted Pools. One thing worth highlighting is their support after the installation was completed. When we’ve had questions or needed help, they’ve been responsive and willing to assist. It’s been reassuring to know that Enchanted Pools are still available when needed after the job is finished.”

“What has impressed me most is their after sales care - as a new pool owner, you still have a million questions after handover, and they truly mean it when they say “we’re family.” Everyone on the team brings their own strengths, and no question ever feels too small.”

“When other pool companies decided that our restricted access backyard and sewer/sewer tie locations were all to hard to install a pool, Matt, Nicole and the team made the effort to research and gain the knowledge of our backyard sewer locations to ensure they could install a pool that was practical and would suit our backyard.”

“Our backyard pool project had many challenges to overcome - very limited access, rocky terrain underground, an easement that ran along the backyard boundary, plus harsh rules in place by our council due to our multiple property overlays. The entire Enchanted Pool team, from their admin staff, the sales staff, to project management staff, to the pool builders themselves, handled every curveball like absolute pros.”
