Engineering comes first. Once the structural and hydraulic engineering is complete and signed off, contracts are signed and the project goes to the surveyor for the building permit and the fence permit. Construction does not start ahead of those approvals.

The pool is fitted with its hydrostatic valve, filled, chemically treated and cleaned before handover, and complimentary follow-up visits are included while you settle in. Registering the pool with council is the owner's responsibility, and Enchanted walks you through it. Ongoing care continues through the pool shop or in-field servicing.
