Brothers-in-law Matt Adlam and Scott Graham lead Enchanted Pools across South East Melbourne, building self-cleaning fibreglass and custom concrete pools, with Nicole and Naomi supporting the family business behind the work.

Family team
Local brothers-in-law Matt Adlam and Scott Graham are the co-owners behind Enchanted Pools. Matt shapes early concepts and planning. Scott leads build and delivery. Nicole Adlam and Naomi Graham support their husbands and the wider family operation.
The business behind the build
Enchanted Pools launched in April 2019. The core team of eight has stayed together since the beginning.

Built to stay accountable
Scott holds Domestic Builder Unlimited registration. The company carries VBA CBU registration, Builders Warranty, Public Liability, WorkCover and SWMS documentation.

The Pakenham store keeps the team accessible after handover, while active SPASA membership keeps Enchanted connected to the wider pool industry.

Through Compass Pools, every Compass pool contributes to the McGrath Foundation. Compass reports more than one million dollars raised.
