Pearcedale pools,
part of the landscape.

Enchanted Pools builds fibreglass and custom concrete pools in Pearcedale. Villa Vista shows how a simple rectangular pool, carefully placed, can connect a larger property with its everyday outdoor living spaces.

Room to slow down
A larger block still needs a considered footprint.

A place within the landscape
Villa Vista sits on a six-acre Pearcedale property, but the design began with how the owners would spend time around the water. The pool was positioned in relation to the existing deck, tree line, basketball court, fire pit and day lounges. An 8 × 4m rectangular fibreglass shell gave the outdoor setting a clear centre without making the shape the main event.

A quieter material palette
The initial idea was a concrete pool with a custom swim-out. Through the design conversations, the owners chose a simpler fibreglass option that met their intended use. A Pearl interior and honed terrazzo concrete surrounds keep the material palette quiet, while four fountain jets add movement.

The space between house and water
Pearcedale includes township and rural settings, so the address matters more than a general description of the suburb. Consider the distance from the house, the routes people will use, the ground and access, and the landscape works around the pool. The right answer may be a standard shell or a custom concrete design; available land alone does not decide it.
Your Pearcedale property
Consider the setting as carefully as the pool.

Check the council for your address
Pearcedale extends across the City of Casey and Mornington Peninsula Shire. Confirm your property and planning scheme through an address-based report before using council permit or pool registration guidance.

On Villa Vista, the relationship to the deck, day lounges and other outdoor activities mattered more than filling the available land. Map the route from the house and the places you already use before choosing the pool's position.
Plan the whole construction route
Show the route from the street to the proposed pool, including gates, trees, services and changes in level. A large property can still have constraints along that route. Access and ground conditions should be assessed before excavation and delivery are programmed.
Treat barriers as part of the design
The Building and Plumbing Commission explains the approval process for new pools, spas and safety barriers. Consider the barrier line alongside the landscape plan, and confirm the required building permit before installation begins.

Pearcedale pool questions
Have you built a pool in Pearcedale?
Yes. Villa Vista is a completed Enchanted Pools fibreglass project in Pearcedale. The project card shows the Pearl finish, terrazzo surrounds, fountain jets and the pool's relationship to the wider property.
Does an acreage property need a concrete pool?
No. Villa Vista began with a concrete idea but was built with a rectangular fibreglass shell after the owners reviewed how they would use it. Site conditions, access, shape and the full landscape scope are more useful starting points than the size of the block alone.
Which council handles a Pearcedale pool?
It depends on the address. Pearcedale spans the City of Casey and Mornington Peninsula Shire. Check the property's council and planning controls before confirming the appropriate approval and registration process.
How is the Villa Vista pool cleaned and heated?
Villa Vista uses a robotic cleaner, variable-speed pump, automated water-chemistry control and a heat pump. We can compare cleaning and heating options for your new pool during design, based on the surrounding garden and how often you intend to swim.
Can you help compare the complete project cost?
Yes. Share the site plan, access information, pool ideas and landscape scope so the quotation can account for more than the shell. Clarify surrounds, fencing, equipment and any work by other contractors, along with your budget range and preferred timing.
